Shipping methods & costs

We ship physical products with DHL / Deutsche Post. Shipping costs depend on the delivery country and the shipping class of the products ordered. Your exact shipping charge appears in the basket and at checkout after you enter your delivery address, before you place your order.

How shipping costs are calculated

Different flat shipping rates apply to Germany and the international country groups. If an order contains products from multiple shipping classes, the highest applicable flat rate is charged. There is no single worldwide shipping rate. We currently do not ship to Russia.

Digital-only products are not sent by post and have no shipping charge. For orders containing both digital and physical products, shipping costs apply to the physical products.
