Returns policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for further information about our returns policy.

RETURNS

You may cancel your purchase without giving a reason within 30 days after receiving the goods. If items from a single order are delivered separately, the period starts when you receive the last item. Sending your cancellation notice before the 30-day period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline. We voluntarily extend the cancellation period to 30 days; your statutory rights remain unaffected.

We also accept exchanges of non-defective physical products within 30 days after receipt. Please notify us of your exchange request within this period at support@trainvent.com. Your right to cancel and receive a refund remains unaffected.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Notify us of your cancellation with a clear statement, for example by email to support@trainvent.com or by post to the address below. No approval or return number is required. Send the goods back no later than 14 days after sending your cancellation notice; dispatch within this period meets the deadline. Please pack the goods securely for transport. Original packaging, original labels and unused condition are not requirements for cancellation. Return address:

Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return.

REFUNDS

We will refund your payments, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery option you selected are not refunded. We use the original payment method unless a different method has been expressly agreed at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first; this does not apply if we have offered to collect them.

EXCEPTIONS

For paid digital content supplied without a physical medium (such as download files), your right of withdrawal ends early only if we have started performing the contract, you expressly consented to performance starting before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal when performance begins, and we have provided you with confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (such as email) recording your consent and acknowledgment. If these conditions are not met, your right of withdrawal remains. Your statutory rights concerning defective digital content remain unaffected.
