Description
This downloadable 3D-print file contains the core model for the Trainvent trekking-table holders. With a tabletop and suitable trekking poles, it lets you build a raised, compactly stowable surface for outdoor use.
Compatibility
Suitable for trekking poles with a tube diameter of approximately 21 mm. Please check the dimensions of your poles before printing and assembly.
Printing recommendation
- Material: PETG
- Infill: more than 50% to ensure the holders are sufficiently sturdy
Also required for assembly
- Suitable locking screws and M3 nuts
- Wood screws: 4.5 × 25 mm
- Tabletop: approx. 20 × 400 × 800 mm
- Trekking poles with an approx. 21 mm tube diameter
- Electric sander and screwdriver/drill
Assembly instructions
- If the trekking poles are suitable, handles and adhesive residue can be removed before assembly.
- Attach the holders about 4 cm from the outer edge of the tabletop and pre-drill the screw holes.
Important
The download contains only the 3D-print file. Printed holders, tabletop, trekking poles, screws and other materials are not included. This is a DIY project: carefully check stability and safe footing before every use. No maximum load capacity is specified.
