Hexaclamp

Description

Hexaclamp is a downloadable 3D-print file for connectors used to build custom honeycomb-style constructions. It is suitable, for example, for furniture or table projects using panels and tubular elements.

Dimensions of the printed element

• Outer radius: 42 mm
• Tube holder: 16 × 10 mm
• Height without holder: 20 mm

Also required

• Countersunk screws: 4 × 40 mm, with matching nuts
• Brass tube: 18 mm
• Panel material with a thickness of 4 mm
• Additional material depending on the project

Tools and printing

• 3D printer; PETG recommended
• Tube cutter
• Suitable screwdriver

Assembly instructions

1. Print the required elements.
2. Insert the screws and nuts into the core elements.
3. Cut the tubular elements to length.
4. Assemble all elements to suit your individual project.
